DESCRIPTION:
Waltham Clock Co., Waltham, Mass., 8 day, weight brass movement patent or banjo timepiece.
CONDITION:
Ochre painted case with green accents in a crackled finish in good condition has some age darkening of the finish. Original painted dial has age darkened a little with some signs of lifting of the paint near 7 o'clock. Original tablets have scattered painted loss. A repair was made to the bottom bracket. Original hands and finial. Inside is an interesting label of the dates the clock was oiled in its early years.
